Hyrox was designed to create a goal and a purpose in your functional training. Whether you are an avid runner, a competitive Crossfit athlete or a first timer,  fitness racing will help your performance and all round health, use the resources below to get comfortable with the HYROX movements and prepare for the main event.

Fitness Racing

Hyrox has carefully selected 8 functional movement exercises in combination with running that will work every part of the body and energy systems. Although Hyrox races are always comprised of these same exercises, the Hyrox training methodology will introduce various bodyweight and equipment exercises that will prepare you for your Hyrox and will ensure a varied, dynamic and safe training routine.

Hyrox Gym Tour

If you want to get a taste of Hyrox, why not join us at one of our many Hyrox Gym Tour events and perform the Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T)? It will give you a good understanding of your Hyrox Level and what to train for.
