From November 26th to 29th, 2026, HYROX arrives at Jaarbeurs Utrecht, where one of the Netherlands’ largest event venues will transform into the ultimate arena for fitness racing. In the heart of the country, athletes from all over will come together to take on the global fitness race.
Expect four days of relentless energy, determination, and unforgettable moments as competitors of every level step onto the course. Whether you’re chasing a podium spot, pushing past your limits, or experiencing the thrill of HYROX for the first time, this is where the challenge begins.

Our Official Photography Partner, Sportograf, uses facial recognition to find your race photos. About 48 hours after your race, you can view all your pictures on sportograf.com. Just upload a selfie to see every photo captured of you during the event!
Did you pre-purchase your Sportograf package?
- Go to sportograf.com/en and search for the respective HYROX event.
- Enter the email address you used for race entry and click “Send Validation Link.”
- Check your inbox for the email titled “Validation successful – Search for your images now” and click “Validate and Search.”
- Upload a selfie.
- Select “Buy Foto-Flat.”
- Enter your Sportograf Ticket ID (below the barcode on your ticket) at checkout to bring the total to €0.
Forget to pre-purchase your photos?
Don’t panic, Sportograf captures everyone during the race, simply upload a selfie after your race and purchase your photos directly from the website.
Important: To find your Sportograf redemption Ticket ID, you must first personalise your ticket. Simply log in to your HYROX account and complete personalisation.

- The bag drop area is next to the changing rooms. Small gym bags can be stored here with all items inside.
- HYROX is not responsible for lost bags outside the bag drop area.

During race weekend, it is only possible to check in on the day you are competing
At athlete registration you will receive:

You will not be able to race without all of the above.
Ceremony Times*:

Age group ceremonies for the race weekend will be held after all athletes in each division have competed. If you podiumed, and competed on a weekday, please go to Help Desk with your ID, and you will receive free access to attend the ceremony and collect your flag. Any additional spectators will need to purchase a spectator ticket.
Join Team HYROX Crew and play a key role in the athletes’ race experience! There are various roles available, from assisting at check-in and bag drop to supporting the workout stations. Choose a role that suits you and be part of the HYROX experience!
Depending on the number of participants, Race Day starts as early as 06:30 AM and can run until 10:00 PM. To keep everything running smoothly, we work with two shifts. You can sign up for the morning shift, afternoon shift, or even both! We need as many helping hands as possible, and every contribution is greatly appreciated. Join our team and help make this event a huge success!

Join the Race for Impact! Choose your cause, set a goal beyond €500—if you fall short, you’ll need to cover the difference to compete, and turn your race into global change by fundraising for the world’s top-performing charities. Pick from four impact areas: Global Health, Climate Solutions, Mental Health, or Women’s Empowerment. After purchasing your ticket, you’ll hear from our partner.
You must reach your minimum fundraising goal, and we ask you to genuinely give it your best effort to achieve it. The minimum amount varies by division: 300 Euro for Singles, 500 Euros as a doubles Team and 800 Euros for the Relay Team. So please carefully review the ticket description at the time of purchase. To prevent misuse, anyone who fails to reach this minimum target will be placed on a blacklist and will no longer be able to purchase charity tickets in the future.
We’ve introduced the Flex Add-On and Flex Lite to give athletes more flexibility and peace of mind in case of unexpected changes. It offers a simple way to request a refund or make changes to your ticket up to 1 day before the race.
Or, if you are absolutely certain you will make it and want a more cost-effective option, you can purchase a ticket without the Flex Add-On.
Here’s what you need to know when purchasing with or without the Flex Lite or Flex Add-On:

Charity Tickets
– Name changes are permitted up to 1 day before race day*. Please note that the new participant will assume the fundraising commitment.

Spectator Tickets
The LITE FLEX Add-On is not available for this ticket type.
*Name changes must be made via the athlete’s HYROX Account by 7:59 AM (event timezone) 1 day before the athlete’s race day (not the event start).
FLEX ADD-ON
Singles, Doubles & Relay Tickets
– Name change allowed up 1 day before your race day*
– A 100% refund** is available up to 31 days before your race day.
– A 50% refund** is available up to 7 days before your race day.
Charity Tickets
– Name changes are permitted up to 1 day before your race day*. Please note that the new participant will assume the fundraising commitment.
– No refunds available.
Spectator Tickets
The FLEX Add-On is not available for this ticket type.
*Name changes must be made via the athlete’s HYROX Account by 7:59AM (event timezone) 1 day before the athlete’s race day (not the event start).
**Refunds must be made via the athlete’s HYROX Account by 7:59AM (event timezone) on the cut-off day and exclude the Flex Add-On and Service fee.
Important: We do not offer transfers to other events or division changes. Please ensure you select your ticket carefully, as changes to ticket types cannot be made once your booking is confirmed. Additionally, the Flex Add-On cannot be added after the initial purchase.
