Stay flexible with our Flex Add-Ons. Life happens, plans can change. HYROX Flex options give you extra peace of mind when registering. Depending on which Flex Add-On you choose, you’ll have the ability to change the athlete’s name or even receive a refund if you can’t make it to race day. - 1 Name Change per ticket allowed until 7:59 AM (event time zone), 1 day before the event
- No refunds available
Tickets with the FLEX Add-On (Singles, Doubles, Relay Tickets)
- 1 Name Change per ticket allowed until 7:59 AM (event time zone), 1 day before the event
- 100% refund available until 7:59 AM (event time zone), 31 days before the event
- 50% refund available until 7:59 AM (event time zone), 7 days before the eventRefunds exclude Flex & Service Fees. All changes must be made by 7:59 AM (event time zone) via your HYROX Account or the confirmation page link.

- No changes or refunds after purchase (no name, event, or division changes)
Important: No event transfers or division changes for 2025/26. The Flex Add-On must be selected at purchase and cannot be added later.

Important Information:
- You must bring ID.
- Checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.
* It is recommended to register 90 minutes before your start time. If you wish to enter the venue earlier but your race start time is later, you can go to the spectator registration area to collect a spectator wristband and return to the registration area 90 minutes before your start time to complete your athlete registration.
*Access to the Event in connection with an athlete’s Event ticket is restricted to the day of the race; it does not allow for multiple-day entries. If athletes wish to spectate on any other day, they need to purchase the Spectator Ticket of that day.
* At registration, you will receive your wristband, bib number, and timing chip.
Please make sure you take a photo of your bib number and chip number, write the bib number on your forearm, and wear the timing chip on either right or left of your ankle.
Please arrive on time, if you miss your start time, you may be unable to race.

If you purchased the Flex Add-On, refunds and name changes can be made via your HYROX account. Please note, one name change is only available for double and relay divisions (with the Flex Add-On).
