We always wondered why there was no mass participation fitness event with functional fitness being one of the largest sports in the world and created Hyrox, the Global Fitness Race. Growing the sport from scratch, building international movement and competition standards, we are constantly looking for seasoned Head Judges that want to help grow the sport of fitness.

Do you have a strong affinity to fitness, have an eye for detail, can lead and motivate a team of volunteers and love the healthy stress of Race days, we are looking for you to join the #Hysociety. Per Race, we are recruiting 15 Head Judges to lead and take responsibility for the 8 Workout Stations and ensure a smooth experience for all athletes.

Responsibilities

With 8 Workout Stations, each Head Judge will manage the full flow of the workout, ensure the athletes are using the relevant weights and are performing the exercises according to the set out movement standards. Together with a dedicated team of volunteers, you will help motivate, inspire, guide and correct athletes to the end of the Workout. You will be required to meet prior to the race for the official Head Judge Briefing.
