HYROX returns to Milan for the first stage of the 2024/25 season and, for the occasion, doubles the dates with a two-day event that will take place on 19 and 20 October 2024. The location? Very confirmed: the Allianz MiCo will host the races with athletes from all over the world, for a race weekend that promises to be spectacular. Whether it’s your first HYROX or you’re an experienced athlete, Milan awaits you! Choose your division: women, men (open or pro), doubles (men, women – open or pro – and mixed) and relays (mixed, women, men).

Autumn in Milan is a wonderful season. In addition to enjoying the adrenaline of HYROX, meeting the other participants and enjoying an atmosphere of sport and sharing, you will be able to discover the city with its restaurants and bars, museums and architectural wonders between past, present and future.
