ROBERTS is a HYROX Doubles workout, that you should complete in a 2-person-team. One round of ROBERTS consists of 3 parts that you should complete one after another.

This is how ROBERTS works:

Part a): Doubles Team Member 1 (DTM 1) runs 200m while DTM 2 performs Squats. Once DTM 1 returns from the run, the team members switch exercises and DTM 2 runs 200m while DTM 1 does Squats. After DTM 2 completed 200m, the Doubles Team moves on to part b)

Part b) and c) follow the same pattern.

Scaling: You can scale ROBERTS by reducing the workout to one round.
